Our Journey
2005
IHP began its work to support vulnerable communities through relief and community-based assistance.
2012
IHP strengthened its institutional structure through SECP registration as a Section 42 not-for-profit company.
Expansion
The organization expanded from emergency support to integrated development programmes across water, education, food, shelter, health, livelihoods, child protection and climate action.
Gilgit-Baltistan presence
IHP has extended its presence to Gilgit-Baltistan, strengthening outreach in climate-vulnerable and underserved regions.
Future direction
IHP continues to strengthen climate resilience, accountability, donor reporting and locally owned development solutions.
