Islamic Help Pakistan is a national humanitarian and development organisation, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, with its Head Office in Lahore. We are an independent organisation and are solely responsible for the content on this website.

These terms may be updated from time to time, so it is worth checking this page occasionally. Any changes take effect from the date they are published here.

1.1 You do not need to register or create an account to use most parts of this website. Some sections, such as donor or partner areas, may ask you to register before you can use them.

1.2 You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and in the way these terms describe.

1.3 You agree to use the website lawfully, and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else’s use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system. Doing so may be an offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.

2.1 The text, photographs, reports, logos, designs and other material on this website belong to Islamic Help Pakistan, or are used by us with the permission of the people who own them. This material is protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 of Pakistan.

3.1 We do our best to keep this website running and available every day. Even so, there may be times when the site is slow, partly unavailable, or offline altogether, whether because of maintenance, a technical fault, or something outside our control.
